Fiamma is a fermented craft hot sauce developed especially to compliment pizza.

Italian tomatoes are fermented along with fresh, locally-grown chillies.

Combined with liberal amounts of fresh basil and garlic, it makes for the perfect accompaniment to spice up any pizza.
