Shipping Information
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we only ship within New Zealand.
Shipping days and rates are:
Small Goods (2-5 Business Days):
- Smaller items are shipped using courier companies.

Bulk Items (Up to 10 Business Days):
- For larger or bulkier items (pizza ovens, large accessories), we offer bulk freight shipping.

Shipping Status:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.
Order Changes:
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Refer to our refund policy for more details.
Item Not Received:
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at ciao@pizzata.co.nz.
Taxes
All items are shipped from our New Zealand Warehouse. Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees and duties.
We are required by law to charge GST (general sales tax) on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
